After placing an order, customers have 4 hours to log in to their account and adjust their order themselves.
Changes requested outside this period cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be processing.
All orders placed on this website are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your tracking link via email, SMS, or Facebook Messenger.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
No dispatch occurs on weekends or Public Holidays.
Before submitting your order, make sure your delivery address is correct and complete.
If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping fee will be required to resend your parcel.

If your order does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible, and strictly within 28 days of placing your order.
Courier claims cannot be processed after 28 days, meaning we cannot replace orders reported outside this timeframe.
If you qualified for free shipping and later return items which reduce your order total below £110, a £7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
