What can I use on my hands?
All of our grip products can be used on both your hands and body. Make Me Dusty is a popular choice for hand grip.
Which product is best for dry skin?
Make Me Dewy is designed for normal to dry skin. It moisturises while creating tack. Our Dewy Powder can also be applied in small amounts on dry skin — it contains waxes that melt with friction for extra grip.
Which product is best for sweaty skin?
Make Me Dusty and Dusty Powder are formulated for normal to sweaty skin, with drying ingredients to help control moisture.
Ordering & Availability
Can I order from the UK & AU site?
Yes! Both stores ship internationally. You can only order from one site at a time, but if an item is out of stock in one store, check the other.
Why is my grip different from last time?
Our products are handmade, so slight variations in texture may occur from batch to batch. The ingredients remain consistent.

Are the Black Range and clear bottles the same product?
Yes! Unscented Make Me Dusty comes in both clear bottles and the Black Range. The Black Range was created for a sleek, discreet look.

How long will my Dancing Dust powder pot last?
Usage varies depending on frequency:

Are Dancing Dust products eco-friendly?
Yes! All packaging is recyclable, reusable, or biodegradable.
Are all ingredients vegan-friendly?
Yes. Any ingredients that may appear questionable are biodegradable synthetic substitutes, not animal-derived. Full ingredients are listed on each product page.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

UK: Dispatch within 1–3 days. Standard delivery takes 5–21 days. Express delivery arrives 1–2 days after dispatch.

International: Standard shipping usually takes 7–35 days depending on your location.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your parcel hasn’t arrived, and within 28 days of placing your order. Claims made after 28 days cannot be accepted by the delivery company, and we won’t be able to replace your order.
Product Setup & Use
How do I open my Dancing Dust pot?
Your pot may arrive ready-to-use or with some assembly required. Follow these steps:

Remove the lid, puff, and sifter.

Gently pull up the sifter by alternating pinches on each side.

Empty the product packet into the bottom of the pot.

Replace the sifter, logo facing up.

Fluff your puff — and you’re ready to go!
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, or use the order editing option available at checkout. You can also reach us via email, Instagram DM, or Facebook Messenger.
What happens if I return an order with free shipping applied?
If you qualified for free shipping (e.g., orders over £55) but return items that bring your order total below that threshold, a £4.49 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer samples or travel sizes?
Yes, all products are available in smaller sizes so you can try them before committing to a full sized product.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are gentle and made with skin-friendly ingredients. However, we always recommend patch testing before first use.
Can I use Dancing Dust products for sports other than pole or dance?
Absolutely! Our grips are also popular for aerial silks, hoop, gymnastics, Hyrox, golf, and gym training.
