All our orders ship to you from the UK on this site. Shipment of your parcel is based on the parcel weight.

A) Standard International Mail - Tracked
Delivery aim: 7-21 Business Days from dispatch

B) Express - Tracked
Delivery aim: 3-10 Business Days from dispatch

- We ship all our orders from the UK on this site
- Tracking for your order - When we ship your order we will send you a tracking link either to your email, phone by SMS, or to your Facebook Messenger. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your link for your tracking status to update
- Dispatch days - Orders are only dispatched Monday - Friday (except for Public Holidays - Our office is closed at weekends.
- Public Holidays - no dispatch - We are unable to ship on Public Holidays in.
- Please check your delivery address is correct Please, please do ensure that your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete then your order may be returned to us (and that's sad as we want you to receive your delivery and we know you do too!) and you will have to repay for your parcel to be shipped to you.
Order not arriving and return of items
- If your order doesn't arrive - Please do contact us asap if you do not receive your parcel, and definitely within 28 days of placing your order, so that we are able to submit a claim on your behalf. If you make a claim outside of this period then it will not be accepted by the delivery company and, unfortunately, we will be unable to replace your order.
- If you use free shipping option and then you return items - If you select the free shipping option for orders over £99 and then return items taking them below this threshold, please note that a £7.99 shipping charge will be deducted from the total amount you will be refunded.
