SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for visiting and shopping with Dancing Dust Ltd. The following information outlines the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Processing Your Order

An email confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.


2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After payment has been authorised and verified, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Some orders may ship within as little as 6 hours, while others may take up to 3 business days depending on order volume, stock availability, promotional periods, or public holidays.

If items are on pre-order, processing times may extend closer to the estimated date specified on the product page unless otherwise updated.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

3.1 Domestic and International Shipping

4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, an estimated delivery timeframe will apply. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are subject to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak periods, and other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

While we make every effort to fulfil orders within estimated timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed.


(a) Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch within the UK.

Express Shipping costs £7.50.


(b) Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–21 business days after dispatch depending on destination.

Standard Shipping costs £5.99.


5. International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays outside of our control.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges or taxes, any return shipping fees or charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.


8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dancingdustuk.com and we will do our best to assist with the carrier investigation process.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
