- Shake well before use.

- Apply a pea-sized amount to your hands or body wherever additional grip is needed.

- Spread evenly and allow the formula to settle, leaving a tacky finish for enhanced traction.

- For dry skin: Apply a small amount to add moisture and tack, helping improve grip.

- For clammy skin: Apply before training to help minimise mild perspiration while enhancing grip.

- Reactivate your grip: If you need additional grip, reactivate with a little moisture, water or Make Me Dewy spray.

- Reapply as needed, starting with a small amount and building up gradually.
