After placing your order, you have 4 hours to log in to your customer account and adjust your order yourself.
Changes requested after this window cannot be guaranteed, as your order may already be processing.
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking link will be sent via email, SMS, or Facebook Messenger.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.
No dispatch occurs on weekends or Public Holidays.
Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to pay for reshipping.
For all non-UK destinations:
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and handling charges are not included in our prices.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Local postal services or couriers may require payment upon delivery.
Dancing Dust UK cannot estimate, control, or refund these charges.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us as soon as possible, and within 28 days of placing your order.
Claims submitted after 28 days cannot be accepted by the courier, meaning we cannot replace the order.
If your order qualified for free shipping and you return items which reduce the order total below £110, a £7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
