Free-shipping eligibility is based on the order total after discounts and gift cards.
After placing an order, customers have 4 hours to make changes themselves by logging into their account on our store.
We cannot guarantee adjustments after this period, as your order may already be processing or packed.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or Facebook Messenger.
