After placing your order, you have 4 hours to log in to your customer account and make changes yourself.

We cannot guarantee order adjustments after this period, as your order may already be processing or prepared for dispatch.

All orders on this website are dispatched from the UK warehouse.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Dispatch days

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
No dispatch occurs on weekends or Public Holidays.

Please Check Your Delivery Address

Ensure your delivery address is correct and complete before submitting your order.
If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be required to pay for reshipping.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders delivered outside the UK, any import duties, customs taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

By ordering, you agree that:

  • Local postal or courier services may request payment upon delivery.

  • Dancing Dust UK cannot control, estimate, or refund these fees.

Missing Parcels / Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 28 days after placing your order.
Courier claims cannot be processed after this timeframe, and we are unable to replace orders reported after 28 days.

Returns & Free Shipping Adjustments

If you qualified for free shipping and return items that reduce your order total below £110, a £7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
